Interviewing IT candidates can be a daunting task. What questions can you ask that will demonstrate the candidate's knowledge or skill set? Will they work well in your environment with your infrastructure and applications? What is the candidate worth? How can we monitor his productivity? We will work with you and your HR team to screen and interview potential IT hires at your company. Starting with reviewing the job requirements, job salary scale, creating the job posting, screening resumes, conducting individual and team interviews, short listing candidates, final interviews, offering and negotiating, and the final hire with all documentation requested for the candidate.
We will also do an employee conduct and evaluation package for your policies of their job. Lastly we will also conduct quarterly or yearly reviews and also consult on the promoting, pay increases and firings.
